We are a self sustainable organization We continually make efforts to develop / improve some of our affiliate social-businesses in the areas of eco-toursim, eco-foods, and development services.In the times of needs, social entrepreneurs, trustees and other members of the organisation do pool in the resources We also make efforts external sources through government,csr prtojects The Believe in Humanity principle integrates with other principles and beliefs such as social equity and integrated sustainable development, grassroots level community engagement and education, systems and design thinking, youth and women in development leadership etc.

Sustainable Development
Payal Foundation work is mainly focused in rural or rural-urban areas where we are working to develop community based civic institutions for grassroots level sustainable development through social entrepreneurship and volunteer action.Our current projects include focus on socio-cultural, healthcare outreach, economic development, education and skills development, and environment conservation issues.We have various sustainable development volunteer and internship opportunities available across the locations where we work.
Payal Foundation project is for women who are with special needs,refugees and underprivileged our engagement and skills initiative aimed at fostering confidence, leadership skills amongst young women through educational and creative activities. The aim of Girls Empowerment Club is to provide the girls with new skills and deliver awareness and informational workshops on topics they may not learn about at home or in school. The clubs alternate between educational and creative activities each week—topics include creative writing, drama, female health, innovation, gender rights and feminism, and global awareness.
